Inspections

We perform FAIs on every new project to whatever template is needed. We also do mechanical, chemical, pass/fail hi-pot testing to customer specs, and routine visual inspections to ensure our products exceed your expectations.

As part of our regular digital quality procedures, we use 2D scanning inspection equipment to automatically inspect parts after initial operations. Our machine can capture 40 million measurements in 0.1 seconds. This makes us able to find defects faster and with greater accuracy, correcting problems before large batches are run.

Kitting & Shipping

Our in house wood shop assists with custom crating of kitted products, ensuring your parts are being shipped with the utmost protection.

Depending on product size and order volume, we offer both freight and air shipping. We can also assist to arrange freight with your third party logistics suppliers.
